    Teaching Mission & Vision

I believe that all children can learn if given the right tools. Our classrooms will strive to be  places where all children will have the opportunity to show their individual strengths and build upon their unique differences. Education and learning should be fun, exciting, and challenging. If young children develop a love for learning at an early age, that love will continue to grow as they do.

Through the use of projects, hands-on activities, technology, cooperative learning, and collaborative teaching we will do our part to encourage and motivate each child to achieve at their highest level and develop into life-long learners.
We know that education is a partnership between home, school, and community. Through working together, we can make kindergarten an enjoyable and challenging experience.

    Teaching Mission & Vision

My mission as an elementary teacher is to inspire my students to work hard, try new things, help others, and feel a sense of pride, accomplishment, and confidence when they do their best.  I work to create a welcoming environment where my students are excited to come and learn each day.  Each student will have instruction that meets his/her ability level, as well as multiple instruction inputs for visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners.

Working with parents and our enrichment teachers, my vision is to help each child excel academically, socially, and emotionally.  Developing a growth mindset where students understand that perseverance, attitude, and effort are really the key to success is my goal for my students.

    Teaching Mission & Vision

I believe that all children can learn if given the right tools.  Our classrooms will strive to be places where all children have the opportunity to show their individual strengths and build upon their unique differences.  Learning should be fun, exciting, yet also challenging.  If young children develop a love for learning at an early age, that love will continue to grow as they do.

In our classroom we use many different activities, technology, small group learning, exploring, and hands on projects to enrich every child’s educational experience.  Children at this level will grow socially and academically through interactive play, small and whole group teaching.  Education is a partnership between home, school, and community.  Through working together, we can make transitional kindergarten (TK) a positive and successful learning experience.
