Teaching Mission & VisionI strive to provide a safe, caring and engaging learning environment for each child. Preparing each student with the necessary tools and resources needed for a successful academic year is a top priority. Building a strong sense of self confidence, creativity, along with a positive work ethic is of equal importance in my teaching philosophy and style.I seek to create a successful and valuable learning environment for my students. My goal as their teacher: Valuing the different learning styles of my students, meeting each child where they are, moving them forward with solid academic and social growth, while building a solid foundation of good character for their future.

My mission as a second grade teacher is to motivate, encourage, and support students by providing a safe, secure, and trusting classroom environment. It is my goal that all of my students learn to their highest potential.
My vision is a classroom where all of my students develop the curiosity to seek knowledge on their own and have the courage to try new things and strive to be the best they can be.
