    Program Purpose/Focus-
    The Red Barn Arts Visual Art Program provides art experiences and education highlighting state standards, core curricula and networking with local art museums in the county.
    Mission-
    
    The Red Barn Arts Visual Art Program enriches classroom instruction through the use
    of Project-Based learning. The lessons are infused with the elements and principles
    of design and support cross-curricular learning. The program connects parents,
    staff and students in a fun and creative environment that values experimentation,
    collaboration, and personal growth.
    Vision- 
    The Red Barn Arts Visual Art Program creates art to transform places, individuals,
    communities and institutions. We empower artists to be change agents, stimulate
    dialogue about critical issues, and build bridges of connection and
    understanding. Red Barn Art participants listen with empathetic ears to
    understand each other’s aspirations. Through art, we provide participants with
    the inspiration and tools to enrich their future.
    Program History-
    The Red Barn Arts Visual Art Program was started in 2000.

    Art Day, Dinner Theatre Night, Weekly K-8 Art Classes
    Community Connections/Partnerships/Sponsors-
    The Red Barn Arts Visual Art Program is sponsored by generous donations from SPU
    parents, students and staff. The following organizations and businesses also
    donate to support the program- the SPU PTA, Home Depot.
