2021-2022 Online Registration for NEW TK-8th Grade Students Now Open

Welcome to Online Enrollment! Please read the following information carefully, if you have any questions please contact the registrar at 760-745-4931 Ext. 1100.
If your child will be a NEW student at SPU for the 2021-22 school year, we invite you to register your student at this time. If your child is a returning student, no registration is required at this time.
To register as a new student, you will be asked to create a ParentVue account prior to starting your student’s registration. You will need an email address to create your ParentVue account. If you don’t have an email address, please click here to create a free Google Gmail address first.
If you have an existing ParentVUE account, please use your ParentVUE login credentials to register your new student. Do not use your child's StudentVUE account.
Children turning 5 by September 1st, 2021 will attend Kindergarten. Children turning 5 between September 2nd and December 2nd, 2021 will attend Transitional Kindergarten.
IMPORTANT: UNTIL ALL DOCUMENTS (Birth Verification, Proof of Residency, Immunization, Oral Health, and School Entry Health Exam) ARE RECEIVED BY SPU, THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS IS NOT COMPLETE. Registration Information

FOR NEW TK/KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS:
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR NEW TK/KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS:
(a) Birth verification. In accordance with California Education Code section 48002, the parent or guardian of a child shall, prior to the admission of the child to the kindergarten or first grade of a school district, present proof to the authorities of the district evidencing that the child is of the minimum age fixed by law for admission thereto. The evidence may be in the form of:
1) Certified copy of a birth record
2) Statement by the local registrar or county recorder certifying the date of birth
3) County recorder certifying the date of birth
4) Baptism certificate duly attested
5) Passport
6) When none of the foregoing is obtainable, an affidavit of the parent, guardian, or custodian of the minor, or any other appropriate means of proving the age of the child(b) TWO proof of residency with YOUR name and address, originals only, dated within the past 30 days. In accordance with San Pasqual Union School District Board Policy (AR 5111.1) and the California Education Code section 48204.1, all students must provide proof of residency each year as part of the enrollment/registration process. A copy of the document verifying district residency will be placed in the student’s permanent cumulative folder annually. Acceptable forms are:
1) Property tax payment receipt
2) Escrow papers to a home (proof of deed must follow)
3) Rental property contract, lease, or payment receipt
4) Current receipt for deposit with the local utility company and/or receipt for bills paid to a local utility company, i.e. Propane, SDG&E (street address of property must be included)
5) Pay stubs
6) Correspondences from a government agency which reliably establishes current residence
7) Declaration of residency executed under penalty of perjuryDRIVER’S LICENSES and BANK STATEMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS DOCUMENTATION.
(c) Completed immunization record or a copy
(d) Medical form signed by child's medical provider*** (can be turned in prior to first day of school)
(e) Dental form signed by child's dental practitioner*** (can be turned in prior to first day of school)

BRAND NEW 1st-8th GRADE STUDENTS:
