Upper Grade Book Section
The San Pasqual Union School Library offers a wide variety of books for all ages and interests. Our Upper Grade section is designed specifically for middle school students (grades 5–8).
These books may include more mature themes, language, or content that are not appropriate for students in grades TK–4.
✅ To check out books from the Upper Grade section, students must complete a permission slip with a parent/guardian and return it to Mrs. Carroll:

This ensures families are aware of the content their child may be reading and helps us provide the right resources for each student.

San Diego County Public Library
San Pasqual Union School students are now able to log into the San Diego County Public Library in Sora. Please see attached flyer for details. You will follow the normal instructions to add a public library in Sora, but now students will see San Pasqual Union School District as a sign-in option to log into the Public Library.
San Pasqual Union Library
The Library has over 14,000 books- everything from picture books, beginning readers, and chapter books to science fiction, biographies, and lower and upper grade nonfiction. The library also has computers which students are able to use to take Accelerated Reader quizzes (we have 150,000 quizzes available to our students). Classes also use the computers for research projects throughout the school year.
